Butterfly Tapping
Gently and rhythmically tap alternate hands on alternate shoulders or thighs for the count of 20, nice deep breaths.
RED Circle (Solar Plexus)
Gently PRESS the center of the palm x 5 as shown by the red circle
GREEN arrow (Spine)
Glide (or thumb walk) from thumb from the wrist to the thumb x 3
PINK arrows (Head)
Press on the top of the thumb and tops of fingers firmly x 3
BLUE arrow (Lungs)
Glide fingers across palm under the base of the fingers from index (point finger) to little finger x 3
YELLOW arrow (Diaphragm)
Glide thumb across the palm from thumb to little finger x 3
PURPLE swirls (Stomach)
Rub thumb from under the thumb across the palm x 3
