Daily Gratitude Practice
Why gratitude matters:
Gratitude helps shift your mindset from stress to strength. It’s a simple, proven tool to lower anxiety, improve sleep, and boost resilience.
Try This:
Each day, pause for one minute and ask yourself:
What is one good thing that happened today?
What made me smile today?
What memory am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for in this moment?
Even small things, a smile, a sunny morning, a kind word, can make a big impact over time.
5 Simple Ways to Take a 5-Minute Wellness Pause
1. Nature Break:
Step outside, feel the air on your skin, and take five deep breaths.
2. Hydration Pause:
Drink a full glass of water slowly and mindfully. Feel the refreshment.
3. Press & Breathe:
Use your hand reflexology point (centre of palm) while practising deep breathing.
4. Gratitude Quick-Write:
Jot down three things you’re grateful for right now, big or small.
5. Tune Reset:
Put on one song that lifts your mood and move, stretch, or just listen fully.
➔ Tip: Set a reminder on your phone once a day to take your "5-Minute Pause"!
